Desktop notepad in the Neo Russian style. The pad's rectangular-shaped base is made of onyx. The top hinged cover is silver. In its centre, the cover features the owner's monogram “IB” in Cyrillic and date 27.III.1918. An authentic paper block with gilt edges is inside.
