Cylindrical glass holder, on four feet, with ornately shaped handle. The glass holder body is made in the form military uniform details - a row of eight stylised epaulets with passementerie (fringe), inside which are placed in alteration a monogram of Alexander II ("AII" under the crown) and an octagram. Plain bent handles with the inscription: "To Vasiliy Petrovich Davydov / Comrades horse-guardsmen".
