Etched mark on the bottom: “Emile Gallé Nancy” with a flower positioned on a slender curved branch.
Asymmetric vase in the shape of a basket with tall, curved loop handle. The piece is made of multi-layered glass; its surface is decorated with an expressive relief ornament depicting branches, leaves, and blossoms of wild plum.
