The ceramic candy bowl, coated in colored glaze, features a pair of ducks combined into a single composition comprising two hollow bowls with shaped rims. The birds are painted with a delicate white and blue glaze and decorated with floral pattern imitating bamboo branches and grass, executed in dark blue, terracotta red, and gold tones. The birds' wings and beaks are highlighted with high-relief applied brushstrokes and accented with gilding.
