Musical selection dedicated to the birthday of Enrico Caruso in the museum Sound Library
Enrico Caruso was an Italian opera tenor who successfully performed at the best theaters of Europe and America with the repertoire that ranged from lyric songs to dramatic arias, a great singer whose name is well known all over the world. During his life, the singer released about 260 recordings made in the period from 1902 to 1920, which covered the larger half of his stage repertoire. Thanks to those recordings, millions of vocal art lovers still have the opportunity to enjoy the voice of Enrico Caruso.
