The folded cardboard book-music features a 52-track program of circular perforations – encoded recording of control sequences for a musical instrument to reproduce the melody 'Capri Fischer' by the German composer and songwriter Gerhard Winkler (1906–1977). The song was composed in 1941 by Gerhard Winkler and recorded for the Odeon label in March 1943, with singer Magda Hain. The lyrics were written by Ralph Maria Siegel. Rudi Schuricke also recorded the song for Polydor in 1943, accompanied by the Berlin Radio Orchestra (Berliner Varieté-Orchester) and the Waldo Favre Choir.
