Piano music roll 28.58 cm wide is reeled on the spool with American standard plastic flanges (with guiding grooves for fixing in the drive mechanism – spool box). The roll leader is with triangular cut, the end glued with grey color leatherette and a ring. On the cut field surface: artistic vignette with a medallion indicating the catalog number, the title, composer and performer names, and stamp with authorization and the pianist autograph.
The roll contains an indication of the tempo and perforation – the encoded recording of control actions sequence on a musical instrument for playing back the melody -“Shadow Dance, Op.39, No.8” (1890) by American composer and performer Edward MacDowell (18.12.1860-23.01.1908) performed by Winifred Byrd (24.05.1884-03.04.1970) - American concert pianist and music educationalist.
The music roll is stored in the parallelepiped-shaped box made of cardboard, composed of bottom and cover, pasted over with black binding material. The label similar to the label on the roll is on the cover flat end.
