Piano music roll 28.58 cm wide is reeled on the spool with American standard plastic flanges (with guiding grooves for fixing in the drive mechanism – spool box). The roll leader with triangular cut, with the end glued with white color leatherette with an aperture and trademark. On the cut field surface: artistic vignette with the portrait of the performer playing the instrument, label indicating the catalog number, the work title, names of the composer and performer, and the label with authorization and autograph of Rudolf Ganz. The music roll contains the expression line and perforation – the encoded recording of a sequence of control actions for musical instrument to reproduce the tune “To a Water Lily” from the Woodland Sketches cycle, Op. 51 (1896) and March Wind Op.46, No.10 from the cycle Virtuoso Etudes (1894) by American pianist and composer Edward MacDowel (18.12.1860-23.01.1908) performed by Rudolph Ganz (24.02.1877-02.08.1972) - Swiss-American pianist, conductor, composer and music educationalist.
The music roll is stored in the parallelepiped-shaped box made of cardboard, composed of bottom and cover, pasted over with brown binding material. The label similar to the label on the roll is on the cover flat end. The label with autograph of the performer in the frame is on the cover upper side.
