List of patents from 1896 to 1910. “OTHER PATENTS PENDING./THIS MACHINE IS SOLD UPON THE CONDITION THAT IS LICENSED TO BE USED OR VENDED ONKY SO LONG AS THIS SERIAL NUMBER 3466 IS NOT REMOVED OR CHANGED, IN WHOLE OR PART AND THAT EVERY POSSESSOR OF THIS MACHINE ADMITS THE VALIDITY OF THE ABOVE ENUMERATED PATENTS./TYPE SM/MODEL A”. The phonograph in mahogany case is closed with a removable top lid featuring a carrying handle. An opening for the horn is made in the lid. Cast, figured, patinated, folding carrying handles are fixed on the case sides. The vertical corners of the case are decorated with turned half-columns. An opening for the winding handle is located on the right side.
