Rectangular wooden box, with a hinged lid and a lock. The case is veneered with walnut, the front side of the box is framed with a walnut wood  vein. The lid is decorated with mahogany veneered frame, the top surface center is decorated with floral themes in marquetry technique and framed by birch veins on internal and external sides. Paper label with the list of tunes is on the lid inner side.

Musical movement consists of a cylinder and a sound comb for 96 tunes.

The hinged left side gives access to three brass switches for starting, stopping and switching the tunes. As well as to the keyhole. The deepening for the key storage is to the right.  The cylinder for eight tunes. Music media: metal cylinder.
