Wooden box with two hinged lids: upper and inner with glass and lock. The case is painted imitating rosewood, the lid is painted imitating mahogany veneer, the top surface is decorated with two birch veneer frames. The movement is closed by a glazed lid, the sound cylinder and music comb for 110 tunes are inside. The movement is activated by the handle, which is inside the case on the left side. Two metal switches for start / stop the tunes are on the right.
