The stage character of the image is defined by costume and accessories: short trousers, a loose blouse, hat and mandolin held in front. The raised head and slightly open mouth suggest that the performer is singing while accompanying herself. Pale ivory face and hands stand out against polychrome bronze with green and red accents. A tall geometric multicolored-stone base continues the Art Deco decorative language.
