A full-length sculptural figure of a male water carrier in Oriental attire, wearing a turban on his head is mounted on a circular base. Turning his head to the side, the man looks at a large kumgan (water vessel) slung over his shoulder. Leaning slightly forward, he pours water from it into a small jug held up to the spout with his right hand.
