On rectangular base with a textured terrain is a sculptural composition depicting a horse harnessed to a carriage with a box-seat, upon which sits a cabman holding the reins. He is dressed in a long, wide undercoat and a traditional cabman's hat. Seated inside the carriage is a youngish, moustachioed gentleman in uniform wearing a peaked cap, looking toward a lady in a long gown and a shawl that is holding a parasol. Attached to the base is a plaque inscribed with the word: ISWOSCHICK.
