Gold vase, resembling flower, covered with translucent green enamel over guilloché background with underglaze details imitating old Indian embroidery. The vase is set in openwork gold rim, decorated with foliage ornament and four flowers, covered with translucent green and burgundy enamel and adorned with pink diamonds. Thin long stem-shaped leg in openwork gold setting with eight curls and four flowers is on round base covered with translucent green enamel.
The vase was manufactured for theExposition Universelle, held in Paris from 15 April to 12 November 12 1900.
