Silver rectangular casket, on four feet with two handles and detachable lid, decorated with enamel on filigree background in the Russian style. The casket sides are ornamented with fancy floral pattern on metal repousse background. The bottom and upper edges of the sides are decorated with bands of geometric ornament with filigree bundle and a row of filigree rings. The detachable lid is decorated with floral-geometric ornament. Onlay relief image of the two-headed eagle with scepter and orb, with the date "1901" in the center is places on opal enamel background and enclosed in a circle of filigree rings with blue enamel. The handles of the casket are in the form of the stylized roosters. The feet are in the form of bird claws fixed on the spheres. The color scheme of the enamels is based on the combination of white, blue, light violet, light blue, green, red and red-brown tints.
