The charka is circular, openwork, made of gilded silver, on low, circular base, with shaped flat handle (plushka), with removable, smooth bowl made of purpurine. The surface of the silver "mount" of the charka is decorated in the "Russian style" with filigree enamel stylized floral ornament, located on chased (granulated) background and complemented by inserts of precious cabochon stones. The color scheme of the enamels is based on combination of light blue, deep blue, and red colors.
