Round stoup, on a ring-shaped base, with flat figured handle (the so-called "heel"), made in the manner of Russian enamels of the late 17th century. The stoup internal and external surfaces are decorated with flower garland made in the technique of painted enamel over filigree and placed against pale yellow background. The image of a two-headed eagle is on the green background of the bottom center that is emphasized by filigree pearl-shaped white enamel decoration. The crown and the base of the cup are decorated by filigree cord and a row of filigree rings with white enamel. Enamel flowers with leaves against light yellow background ornate the handle.

The enamels colour scheme is based on the combination of orange, yellow, red, green, blue, white colors and their shades.
