A rectangular silver cigarette case with traces of interior gilding, with rounded sides and corners, consisting of two equal halves connected by a hinge, with a snap fastener. The top lid features a centrally located oval medallion with a niello image of winter troika. The space around the medallion is filled with a niello ornament in the form of a spiral floral stem with leaves. The bottom lid of the cigarette case is decorated with the same ornament, featuring a centrally located smooth round medallion with the engraved monogram "LN" inside. The release button of the fastener is made of silver.
