Silver gilded inside rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, comprised of two equal halves connected by hinge with snap shutter. Smooth cigarette case surface is adorned with monogram “ЕЄ” in the upper left corner. The monogram “ЕЄ” is encircled by round medallion topped with crown, the motto motto of the Saxe-Ernestine Order: "Fideliter Et Constanter" (Latin: "Faithful and steadfast") is on the crown. Facsimile signature is on the bottom cover. Silver button is in the snap shutter.
