Partly gilded silver cigarette case with rounded corners and sloping sides is comprised of two equal halves, connected by hinge, with snap shutter. Both lids are adorned with multicolor enamel over filigree with painted ornamental composition in the Neo-Russian style. The composition is comprised of central ornately shaped cartouche with stylized shoots, leaves, flowers and rosettes on white background. Curved rectangular "panel" with the image of flowers on blue background is inside the cartouche (the panel from one of the lids is missing). The cartouche is placed over gilded, repousse background and is framed by ornamental rim of stylized curls, four-petal flowers and rosettes on multi-colored background. Images of fancy flowers on curved stem with leaves against brick-color background are in upper corners. The snap shutter button is adorned with sapphire–cabochon in smooth bezel setting. Enamels colour scheme is based on the combination of brown, white, blue, green colours and their tints.
