Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with sloping sides and corners, hinged lid with thumb ramp. The cigarette case surface is adorned with translucent pale blue enamel over diagonal wavy engine‐turning, the front side with a protruding rose‐cut diamond set thumbpiece, the oval shaped side and base similarly decorated.
