Gold rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, consisting of two hinged equal halves with a snap shutter. The upper cover is decorated in the Neoclassical style with embossed composition of two swans on each side of round medallion framed by wreath with the monogram "MV" inside it, lined with small diamonds. The rear cover is smooth and décor free. The snap shutter button is adorned with oval ruby-cabochon in smooth bezel setting. Cigarette case is enclosed in wooden case with sand-colour velvet lodgment. The lid is upholstered with white silk, on which the firm name is imprinted.
