The cigarette case smooth case is decorated artistically designed monogram "RE" with woven in it numerals "19" "86". The monogram on the upper lid right bottom corner. Two onlay oval miniatures connected by S-shaped braid made of two-colored gold, decorated with rosette are on the upper lid inner side. The shoulder-length image of Madonna that is a fragment of Raphael Santi painting "Madonna with the Goldfinch" (1506) is on the upper miniature. Chest-high portrait of unknown woman in red cap against neutral background is on the bottom one. Gold button is in the lock shutter.
