Silver rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, comprised of two equal halves, connected by a hinge, with snap shutter and thumb ramp. The upper cover is decorated with embossed composition of profile image of two horse heads in harness. Bottom cover is smooth and décor free. Button lock is adorned with green oval cabochon in smooth bezel setting.
