Gold rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, comprised of two equal halves, connected by hinge, with thumb ramp. Cigarette case upper cover is decorated with round medallion with the image of an eagle, placed on transparent enamel background of pearl color and rimmed by stylized Lictor's rods with crossing ribbons and floral decor. Meander belt with flower and leaves bouquets descending downward is on the right and left sides of the medallion. The cover right bottom corner is "closed" by triangular gold plate; onlay gold monogram is in the top left corner. The cigarette case is made in the Neo Classical style.
