The similar medallion, hence with ornamental enamel rosette inside with carved monogram "O (?) T", adorns the bottom lid cover of the cigarette case. The edges of both lids are emphasized by enamel belt comprised of curls with he inserted rosettes at the corners and in the center on repousse background. Round silver button in the lock. The engraved dedication inscription in Cyrillic is inside the cigarette case, on the bottom flap, "From brother / 1883 / January 25". The enamels color scheme is based on the combinations of ocher-yellow, lilac, blue, turquoise, white, pink, green and black colors and their shades.
