Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides and corners, consisting of two equal halves connected by a hinge, with a snap shutter.
The upper lid is decorated with the Art Nouveau relief ornamental image in the form of a stylized offshoot with maple leaves covered with green enamel and supplemented with inserts of precious (?) stones - sapphires, rubies and diamonds.
Carved, artistically designed monogram consisting of three woven letters («ИРГ» ?) is on the bottom lid smooth surface. A dedicatory inscription in Cyrillic script is inside one of the lids.
Oval sapphire-cabochon is in the snap shutter.
