Gold round snuffbox, with removable lid. Oval enamel miniature under glass with the image of young King Louis XIV (1638-1715)is on the lid. It is rimmed with chased pattern in the form of intertwined golden ribbons. The case is decorated with guilloche panels with pea pattern and relief chased laurel leaves-shaped pattern.
