Gold rectangular  snuffbox with  bevelled corners and a hinged lid.  Oval portrait of Emperor Alexander I is on the  glazed lid. It is rimmed with border and decorated with relief ornament of shells and leaves from four sides. The case is decorated with foliage ornaments. The relief image of a bird - an eagle with outspread wings and two winged creatures holding garlands of flowers over it is on the snuffbox bottom. It is surrounded by shells and leaves-shaped patterns.
