Gold rectangular snuffbox with rounded corners and hinged lid. The centre of the box is decorated with the monogram of Charles X, comprised of the old European cutting - the crossed letters "CC" under the Imperial crown on rectangular background, with blue matte enamel background. It is framed by blue enamel guilloche flowers and engraved pilasters between them. The case surface is covered with foliage patterns in the form of leaves' and flowers' curls and complemented by blue guilloche. The snuffbox is stored in the authentic red Moroccan leather case, gold-embossed, with the emblem of Charles X.
