Gold oval snuffbox with a hinged lid. Oval medallion with the portrait of a young girl imitating a cameo, framed by intertwined transparent blue enamel ribbons with white dots  is fixed on the lid.  The medallion is on a red translucent enamel background over  guilloche decorated with trefoils pattern.  The case is decorated with rectangular panels, covered with translucent red enamel over guilloche in white enamel frames and embossed floral patterns; the bottom is decorated with oval plaque, covered with red translucent enamel on guilloche background with the pattern in the form of trefoils, framed by ornament, similar to that on the lid.
