Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides and corners , consisting of two equal halves, connected by a hinge, with a snap shutter lock. Both lids are decorated with multicolor filigree enamel with painted ornamental composition in the Neo-Russian style on repousse background and consisting of stylized waves, a spiral stalk with lush leaves, flowers and fruits, and a fancy bird sitting on the stem. Enamel stripes with geometric pattern and curly vignettes inserted on the corners are on the lids edges. The engraved inscription in Cyrillic is on one of the lids inner surface "to Beloved Chief // Engineer V.S/ Sventorzhetski ..." ("Любимому Начальнику // Инженеру В.С. Свенторжецкому ...") with the donators' names list and the date "May 20, 1908" ("20 мая 1908"). The button lock is decorated with blue oval cabochon in smooth bezel setting.
