Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside with rounded sides and corners, comprised of two equal halves connected by hinge, with snap shutter and silver button. Both lids are decorated with multicolor filigree enamel with painted patterns in the Neo-Russian style, comprised of a fancy bird on blue background, surrounded by lush flowers. The lids’ edges are emphasized by stripes of stylized multi-color enamel leaves on white background. The inscription in Cyrillic is engraved on one of the lids’ inner surface, "За призовую стрельбу // из пулемета «Люис» // Е. А. Маркову // от 7-го Корпуса Авиационного // отряда // 20 IX 1926 г. / г. Житомир". Silver button is on the snap shutter.
The enamels coloring is based on combination of blue, white, yellow, red, green colors and their shades.
