Silver round snuffbox, gilded inside, with a detachable lid. The imprints on the medal obverse and reverse are mounted in the snuffbox lid and bottom. The medal is commemorating the peace treaty with Turkey in 1774. A monogram "EAR" under the Imperial crown is on the smooth side.
