Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides and corners, consisting of two equal halves, connected by hinge, with a snap shutter. Both lids are decorated with multicoloured enamel over filigree painted ornamental composition in the Neo Russian style, consisting of a fancy flower bud placed in the center and filled with floral-geometric ornament. The flower bud is placed over repousse background with enamel rings and curls, flowers and leaves. A belt of filigree rings and curls, triangles, semicircles and leaves over coloured enamel background frames the edges of both lids. Button lock is decorated with blue oval cabochon in smooth bezel setting. Carved inscription "Zenon" is on the inner surface of one of the lids. The enamels' colour scheme is based on combinations of navy, blue, white, beige, ochre, green, purple and red shades.
