Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides, comprised of two equal halves, connected by a hinge, with a snap shutter. Both lids are decorated with enamel pattern in the technique of painted enamel over filigree. The pattern is comprised of multi-petalled rosette in round medallion, surrounded by fancy flowers, buds, leaves and six-petalled flowers (in the corners). The patterning is on the cream enamel background. Blue enamel filigree border with filigree knots, curls, curved leaves, stylized flowers and filigree enamel rings grouped into clusters or located separately, frames it. The lock button is decorated with an oval cabochon of colourless glass. Enamels’ colour scheme is based on the shades of green, blue, pink, dark red and white.

The snap shutter is ornated with oval cabochon of colorless glass.
