Silver rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides, comprised of two compartments: for cigarettes (large, with gilding traces inside) and for matches (small one, on the flank), with two hinged lids. The cigarette case surface is decorated with alternating yellow and white horizontal stripes. Onlay detail in the form of an Order of the Patriotic War of the second degree - the military order of the USSR, established in 1942, is on the top lid. A carved inscription in Cyrillic is inside "Т.Е.Р. "Т.Е.Р. "Христос се роди". The flank hinged lid with a special plate for ignition. An aperture with a wick and a ring for hanging is in the rear cigarette case side.
