Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides, comprised of two equal halves, connected by a hinge, with a snap shutter. The smooth surface of the cigarette case is decorated with onlay gold and silver details, with polychrome enamel in the form of an open letter, an artistically designed monogram "ЕП" (?), a horseshoe with pearl inserts and a rectangular plaque "100 / Царь Ѳєдоръ Ioанновичъ" (devoted, probably, to an anniversary performance, which took place on 26.01.1901). An oval blue cabochon in a smooth bezel setting is on the snap shutter. Such onlay decorative details and lettering on the cigarette case, made to order, should remind the owner of the anniversary date, experiences, friends, wishes of success, etc.
