Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides and corners, comprised of two equal halves, connected by hinge, with snap shutter. Both lids are decorated with enamel on filigree floral pattern in the form of grapes bunches, lush leaves and fancy flowers over light yellow enamel background. Round medallions framed by geometric patterns are on the lids. One lid is engraved with monogram "ВГ", the other one - ornated with painted enamel over filigree bouquet on blue background. The edges of both lids are framed by geometric ornament belt comprised of the row of circles with turquoise enamel. The snap shutter button is decorated with red oval cabochon in smooth bezel setting. The engraved inscription in Cyrillic script is on the inner side of one of the lids: "Боевому товарищу / ... [illegible] / от Николы / и от М.З. / May 7, 1916" (to comrade-in-arms from Nikola and from M.Z.). The enamels colour range is based on the combination of white, blue, navy-blue, green, red, yellow and purple tints.
