Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides and corners, consists of two equal parts connected by hinge, with a snap shutter. The surface of the top lid is decorated with a relief composition comprised of the Soviet state symbols: a shawl with the engraved portrait of Lenin, tied to two sickles, over the background of ears, five-pointed stars, sickle and hammer. A rectangular tablet with a presentation inscription in Cyrilic: “тов. Зиновьеву Г.В // от соратников по партии // 7. X 1922” (to comrade Zinoviev G.V. // from the party friends // 7. X 1922). The lock button is decorated with red oval cabochon in the smooth, bezel setting.
