Gold rectangular cigarette case, with rounded sides, with a hinged lid and a thumb ramp. The cigarette case surface is decorated with alternating horizontally arranged strips - smooth and corrugated. The thumb ramp is decorated with a sapphire-cabochon insert of round shape.
