Gold rectangular cigarette case, with two compartments - for cigarettes (large) and matches (small, on the front side), with two hinged lids, one of which has a special plate for ignition. The cigarette case surface is decorated with alternating narrow and wide corrugated horizontal bands of yellow and pink gold. Precious stones, such as rose-cut diamonds, rubies and sapphires, comprise symbol "IX", which might be a monogram of Jesus Christ name are on the inner side of the top lid. The double thumb on the top lid is decorated with ruby and rose-cut diamond in smooth bezel settings.
