Silver rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, consists of two equal parts, connected by a hinge, with a snap shutter. Niello images of the Red Gate square in Moscow with the triumphal arch, the buildings of the Reserve palace and Three Saints Church against the background of guilloche rays are on the top lid. The bottom lid is covered with guilloche pattern, ornated with niello vignette in the center. The edges of both lids are bordered by curly frame formed by foliage ornament over niello background. The lateral sides of the cigarette case are smooth. A silver button is on the lock shutter.
