    Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides, with two compartments: for cigarettes (large compartment) and matches (on the front side), with two hinged lids, with a snap shutter. The top lid of the cigarette case is decorated with foliage geometric ornamentation and supplemented by gold onlays, monograms, a round insert with an image of a female head, a triangular plate with an engraved inscription: "Гръши \ противъ VII \ но чти XI", enamel images of a playing card (nine of clubs) and a bottle of liqueur. An onlay monogram and a rectangular plate with an engraved inscription in Russian: "Ванюшка! всё враки - // И седьмая и одиннадцатая: // "Всё мимолетно" (Vanyushka, total crap - // and the seventh, and the eleventh: // All is passing). The snap shutter button is decorated with a green oval cabochon in a smooth, bezel setting. The hinged lid on the front side once had a special plate for ignition. An aperture for a wick is in the rear side of the cigarette case. Such onlay decorative details and inscriptions on the cigarette case should remind the owner of the anniversary date, past experiences, friends, wishes of success, etc.
