Gold rectangular cigarette case, with rounded corners and sides, consisting of two equal halves, connected by a hinge, with a snap shuttter. The cigarette case lids’ surface is covered with a thin corrugated blued steel plate. The button lock is decorated with an insert of a ruby-cabochon in bezel setting. A carved inscription is inside the cigarette case: "31, 1889".
