The snuffbox case is decorated with guilloche panels covered with translucent dark blue enamel with a pattern of tulips heads and edging with geometric and floral patterns of white, blue and black enamel. Golden engraved image of a dog in a booth and a tree, decorated with white and blue enamel against black enamel background are on the corners.
