Cylinder shaped needle case with flap hinged cover, with small eyelet for hanging. The needle case internal surface is covered with semi transparent green enamel on guilloche moire background. The edge of the flap cover is decorated with the stripe of white enamel with thin golden branchlet of laurel leaves. The needle case inner surface is lined with velvet.
