Greek amphora-shaped silver vase with two handles and lid. The body is richly decorated with embossed and chased foliage ornament with rocailles, the embossed scene of Hercules rescuing Trojan Princess Hesion from the sea monster is on one side of the body; the scene of dispute between Athena and Poseidon is on the other one. The handles are made in the form of the two seating Nereids; the lid is decorated with a statue of the winged goddess Nike that personify victory. Round base and the stem are decorated with embossed and chased foliage ornament with lions’ heads.
