Inkstand made of colorless transparent crystal with silver, internally gilded rim mount and hinged lid. Body of the inkstand, cubed in shape with rounded shoulders, is cut with semi-oval arches and multi-ray rosettes. Silver ring-shaped mount is smooth and free of decoration. High bell-shaped lid is adorned with gadrooned flutes containing stylized relief polychrome depictions of the double-headed eagle on colored backgrounds, along with chased relief scrolls. Inkstand is executed in Neo-Russian style.
